(Inspired by Crimsonfang9 and loser2526) For almost 5 weeks, cops have been looking for the infamous serial killer Jeff the Killer. "He has devilish white eyes" A JTK survivor stated. "He never blinks. And he has this terrifying smile... oh god, that damn smile." Residents are asked to stay indoors, lock windows and doors, and to leave under no cir***stance.
