3-Layer Level Template (Copyable)

Description

Probably been done, but I wanted to give it a try since I had the idea to make some 3-layer levels in this game. With this you can still utilize the level floor without allowing the player to walk into the background. You can set the last layer visible to 3 in Create Mode to hide the barrier while creating. You can also easily modify it to block off a different layer depth instead.
