If you have VitaCheat, you can put objects in the inaccessible layers by gluing the tool to said object and switching from play mode to create mode without erasing any changes you made in play mode. Of course you need to make sure the object and anything attached are dephysicalized and aren't static.

And they made this a big feature in LBP3 when it was already in the other LBPS (through glitches, ofc)

I remember in the PS3 games you can do the same using a gliched sackbot hitbox
