Description

(GO TO SLEEP) After weeks of unexplained murders, the ominous Jeff The Killer is still on the rise. Wittiness states that the killer has "cold, evil eyes with a black ring around it, a psychotic smile, and a white hoodie". Police are still looking for this man. If you see anyone that fits the wittiness' description, please contact your local police department. (Credit to csking1 for the music in the beginning)
